Collective Bargaining Agreement definition

Collective Bargaining Agreement means any written or oral agreement, memorandum of understanding or other contractual obligation between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and any labor organization or other authorized employee representative representing Service Providers.
Collective Bargaining Agreement means any Contract between a Person that is an employer and a labor organization or labor union.
Collective Bargaining Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.18.

More Definitions of Collective Bargaining Agreement

Collective Bargaining Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).
