PERSONNEL AND CONSULTANTS. A. The General Contractor shall prepare and attach to this Contract a Personnel Chart which lists by name, job category and responsibility the General Contractor’s primary employees who will work on the Project. The General Contractor shall promptly inform the Owner in writing of any proposed replacements, the reasons therefore, and the name(s) and qualification(s) of proposed replacement(s). The Owner shall have the right to reject any proposed replacement. Under no circumstances shall the Owner be required to consent to a proposed replacement under circumstances where such replacement would result in an increase in the Contract Price.

General Contractor shall prepare and provide Owner and Architect a list of the General Contractor’s Subcontractors and Suppliers as provided in Article 5 of the General Conditions, listing by name and general Project responsibility each Subcontractor and Supplier who will be utilized by General Contractor to provide goods or services with respect to the Project. General Contractor shall not enter into any agreement(s) with any Subcontractor(s) or Supplier(s) to which Owner raises a reasonable, timely objection. General Contractor shall promptly inform Owner in writing of any proposed replacements, the reasons therefor, and the name(s) and qualification(s) of proposed replacement(s). Owner shall have the right to reject any proposed replacement. Owner shall prepare and provide General Contractor a list, by name and general project duties, of each consultant retained by Owner to provide services with respect to the Project. Owner reserves the right to engage any other consultants which it may deem necessary or desirable.

PERSONNEL AND CONSULTANTS. 10.1 Architect shall assign only qualified personnel to perform any service concerning the Project. Architect’s management, design, and construction administration staff assigned to the Project shall have experience in school construction. Owner shall have the right, but not the obligation, to interview the management, design, and construction administration staff that will be assigned to this Project. At the time of execution of this Contract, the parties anticipate that the following named individuals will perform those functions indicated: NAME FUNCTION So long as the individuals named above remain actively employed or retained by Architect or its consultants, they shall perform the functions indicated next to their names.
PERSONNEL AND CONSULTANTS. (a) Advisor may arrange to have certain services it is obligated to provide hereunder performed by its affiliates. The management team responsible hereunder will include senior investment professional from the Prudential Real Estate Investors division of The Prudential Insurance Company of America, or any successor division.
