Key Personnel definition

Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.
Key Personnel means any Personnel designated in Section 1.031 as Key Personnel.
Key Personnel means those members identified as such of the Contractor’s Personnel in the Specification.

Examples of Key Personnel in a sentence

  • The City may at any time in writing notify Contractor that the City will no longer accept performance of Services under this Agreement by one or more Key Personnel listed.

  • TxDOT requires the ability to contact certain Key Personnel, as specified in Exhibit 18, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Key Personnel means those persons named in the Schedule1, Appendix D.
