Common use of Payment of Rental Clause in Contracts

Payment of Rental. Tenant agrees to pay Base Rent, Additional Rent and any other rent due under this Lease to Landlord without demand, deduction, credit, adjustment or offset of any kind or nature, in lawful money of the United States when due under this Lease, at the offices of Manager at Manager’s Address, or to such other party or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing. If this Lease does not specify a due date with respect to any sum payable by Tenant hereunder, such sum shall be due twenty (20) calendar days after written demand for such payment is given to Tenant.

If this Lease does not specify a due date with respect to any sum payable by Tenant hereunder, such sum shall be due twenty thirty (2030) calendar days after written demand for such payment is given to Tenant.
