Originals. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts each of which so executed shall be deemed an original and constitute one and the same agreement.

The Executive hereby agrees that the obligations under Articles 7, 8 and 9 hereof and the definition of the Proprietary Information contained in those provisions shall also apply to the Proprietary Information relating to any work performed for the Company prior to the execution of this Agreement.
