OPERATION OF VEHICLES. 5.1 All cars to be cleaned inside and out by 11:00 a.m. every day with due regard given to road and weather conditions.
OPERATION OF VEHICLES. No vehicle except aircraft handling and servicing equipment shall be driven between an aircraft and its loading gate without prior approval of the Airport Manager.
OPERATION OF VEHICLES. Current policy is to be maintained in relationship to operation of school-owned vehicles, with teachers, coaches, and others approved by the Board of Education being allowed to drive the school-owned van and station wagon. It is understood that the purchase of additional vans or station wagons for the primary purpose of transporting students will be subject to a meeting between representatives of the bus drivers and representatives of the Board of Education to discuss the potential impact on working conditions of bus drivers.
OPERATION OF VEHICLES. The Vehicles will be used and operated by Customer only in the normal and ordinary course of Customer's business, not in violation of any laws or regulations (including legal weight and size limits) and Customer will indemnify and hold Ryder harmless from any claim or loss or damage arising out of any such violation. Customer shall conduct pre and post inspections of the Vehicle, complete required reports, and promptly notify Ryder of any Vehicle condition issues. Ryder will not be liable for any Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ("FMCSA") violations or other citations for which Ryder was not provided notice.

The Vehicles will be used and operated by Customer only in the normal and ordinary course of Customer's business, not in violation of any laws or regulations (including legal weight and size limits) and Customer will indemnify and hold Ryder harmless from any claim or loss or damage arising out of any such violation.
OPERATION OF VEHICLES. Applicant agrees that its vehicles will stop at the Airport only while in the process of waiting for or loading or unloading customers and that its vehicles will not be left unattended on Airport premises at any time except at such parking area(s), if any, as Authority may designate (see subsection (a), below). Applicant further agrees that Authority may designate curb areas at which vehicles of Applicant and of other Ground Transportation and/or Off-Airport Parking Operators of the same classification may stop, may change such designated curb areas from time to time, may limit the length of time such vehicles may remain at the curb, may limit the number of such vehicles allowed at the curb at one time, may limit the number of such vehicles permitted on Airport premises at any one time, and may vary such designations and limitations based on the time of day, the day of the week, the level of traffic congestion at the Airport, or other factors. Authority may establish and construct staging areas for vehicles providing Ground Transportation and/or Off- Airport Parking services, wherein all vehicles not actively loading or unloading passengers shall be parked and for which an additional fee may be charged pursuant to the Authority’s Master Fee Resolution. Staging areas are subject to change in size or location at the sole discretion of the Authority. Loading at the curb or any non-approved areas, except when expressly pre-approved by the Authority, may result in a citation, suspension, and/or revocation of Ground Transportation Permit pursuant to Section 20. The Authority reserves the right to temporarily change or move the authorized loading areas at the desecration of the Airport.
OPERATION OF VEHICLES. The Vehicle(s) paid for or intended to be paid for, directly or indirectly, with the proceeds of the Funding shall be used and operated by Funding Recipient only in the ordinary conduct of its business by qualified employees, servants, and agents of Funding Recipient and in accordance with all applicable operating instructions and applicable Requirements.
OPERATION OF VEHICLES. The Contractor shall ensure that caution is used in the operation of all vehicles and shall specifically instruct all drivers and other personnel of the following restrictions and requirements: • Collection vehicles shall not obstruct or block passage of other motor vehicles, except during collection of a refuse container. • Collection vehicles shall not be operated in reverse unless absolutely necessary, i.e., in the case of a dead-end street with no turn-around. • Each vehicle shall be equipped with all safety equipment required by State and Federal law. • Backing of vehicles is prohibited if school-age children are in the area. • Collection vehicles shall be inspected daily by the Contractor to ensure that all safety equipment, including back-up alarms and warning lights are operating properly.
OPERATION OF VEHICLES. 29.1 Seniorqualified personnel within their classification will operate vehicles and equipment provided that such seniorpersonnel are available at the start of the shift or at any time during the shiftthat such vehicles or equipment must be operated.
OPERATION OF VEHICLES. CARRIER further agrees that it will maintain and operate its vehicles and provide its service at all times in an efficient, safe, and lawful manner, and shall comply with all lawful orders, rules and · regulations of any government agency with jurisdiction.
