OPERATING MODES Sample Clauses

OPERATING MODES. The committee would deal with two different types of issues - monitoring/information and recommendations/negotiations. On monitoring issues, the committee would operate on an advisory basis, with decisions being forwarded to the Employee Relations and Pensions Committee, for approval by the Board. On benefit and corresponding financial issues, the committee would divide into a Union- Management relationship, with agreements being sent to the Board through the Employee Relations and Pensions Committee. If no agreement is reached, both positions would go to the Committee for final resolution. The Committee will determine the frequency of meetings. APPENDIX G - RYERSON PENSION COMMITTEE (cont’d)

OPERATING MODES. A minimum of four operating modes shall be provided:
OPERATING MODES. M4 and S4 units has two operating modes: On and Off. Turn the units on and off by pressing the ON/OFF button firmly. In case the units fail to respond, it is possible to turn it off by pressing down the ON button for more than 10 seconds. CONNECTIONS Bluetooth connection The main connection for M4 and S4 units is the built in Bluetooth connection. The units will automatically connect to the display unit when turned on as long as they are paired. See chapter “Global settings” for instructions on how to pair measurement units to the display unit. POWER SUPPLY The M and S units are powered by a high- capacity rechargeable Li-Ion cell, or by the external power unit. The operating time of the batteries is approximately 12 hours when the system is used for a typical alignment work (continuously on). The M4 and S4 units can be charged with the supplied combined charger or any 5V USB charger or battery life extender. When the external power supply is connected, the unit will automatically start charging the batteries. This will be indicated by the first battery status LED turning orange, when the unit is fully charged the LED will turn green. The charging time is approximately 8 hours for fully drained batteries. The charging time will be longer if the unit is turned on while being charged. When used in typical conditions the batteries will sustain good capacity for approximately 3-5 years before needing replacement. Contact your sales representative for battery re-placement. The batteries contain safety circuitry to operate safely with the unit. The unit can therefore only be used with the Li-Ion batteries supplied with the system. Improper replacement of batteries can cause damage and risk for personal injury. Please refer to the chapter on safety for further instructions. FAQ
OPERATING MODES. There are two basic operating modes that have been implemented in a number of Link 16 terminals. The first is to always transmit the Link 16 pulses using a uniform selection of 51 carrier frequencies (corresponds to mode 1). The second is to always transmit all Link 16 pulses on a fixed frequency of 969 MHz (corresponds to mode 2, 3 and 4). All Link 16 operations within ATHINAI FIR / HELLAS UIR shall be in Mode 1 only, which uses a pseudo random sequence amongst 51 carrier frequencies.
OPERATING MODES. There are three operating modes on the driving console switch: Full ATP (ATPF = Full Automatic Train Protection) ATPR (Automatic Train Protection Restricted) Bypass (CBTC is bypassed) These operating modes are selected manually by the train driver. Territory: The subway network is divided into two kinds of territories: CBTC territory: network area where full ATP mode is authorized Non CBTC territory: network area with no CBTC equipment where ATPR is the normal mode. Full ATP mode is forbidden. Control modes: There are three control modes considered by the carborne controller: Full ATP (ATPF = Full Automatic Train Protection) ATPR (Automatic Train Protection Restricted) Bypass (CBTC outputs are bypassed) These control modes are determined by the controller. Emergency Brake (EB): EB = Emergency brake EB can be triggered (train is braking) or not triggered. EB triggered is considered as a safe state.
OPERATING MODES. Continuous - Output continuous at programmed parameters. Triggered - Output quiescent until triggered by an internal or external trigger, then one waveform cycle is generated to programmed parameters. Up to 20MHz trig rate for ARB waveforms and 10 MHz in DDS mode. Gate - Same as triggered mode, except waveform is executed for the duration of the gate signal. The last cycle started is completed. Burst - 1- 999,999 cycles Phase - -360° to +360°, 0.1° resolution Trigger Source - Trigger source may be internal, external or manual. Internal trigger rate 0.01Hz-1MHz MODULATION CHARACTERISTICS Amplitude Modulation - Internal: 0.01Hz-20KHz sine , square or triangle waveform Variable modulation from 0% to 100%. - External: 5 Vp-p for 100% modulation, 10 Kohms input impedance. Frequency Modulation - Internal: 0.01Hz-20KHz sine wave, square or triangle - External: 5 Vp-p for 100% deviation, 10 Kohms input impedance. FSK - Internal rate 0.01Hz-1MHz - External 1MHz max PWM to 20 KHz with programmable width and modulation rate SWEEP CHARACTERISTICS Sweep Shape: Linear and Logarithmic, up or down Sweep Time: 10 ms to 500 s. Sweep trigger internal, external, continuous or burst VARIABLE PHASE Range +360° to -360° Resolution 0.1° Dual channel synchronization capability INPUTS AND OUTPUTS Trigger In - TTL compatible. - Max. rate 20MHz. - Minimum width 20ns. - Input impedance 10 Kohms nominal. Sync Out - TTL pulse at programmed frequency, 50 ohms source impedance. 9 Modulation In - 5 Vp-p for 100% modulation . - 10 KΩ input impedance. - DC to >50 KHz minimum bandwidth. Reference In - 10 MHz, input , for external unit synchronization. 50 ohms output impedance and 10 Kohm input. Reference Out - 10 MHz square wave, TTL compatible Marker Out - a positive TTL pulse user programmable in Arbitrary waveform, 50 ohm source impedance. source impedance.
OPERATING MODES. There are two operating modes depending on the role of the user authenticated: • medical expert mode • administrator mode This manual will describe mainly the operations that may be carried out by the medical expert.

OPERATING MODES. Operating modes of PCU shall include, but not limited to, the following modes. These operating modes and conditions for transition are indicative only. The Contractor shall provide the detailed flow chart indicating the various operating modes and conditions for transition during detailed engineering.
OPERATING MODES. CallRecorder is available in two versions, Automatic and Manual. Note: Different licences are required for registering Manual or Automatic Version of CallRecorder. Contact Trillium or your reseller for pricing information. Manual Version Allows the user to decide when to start/stop/pause the recording of calls, using your mouse or Hot Keys, by default they are F9 – Toggle Recording (Start, Stop), F10 – Pause Recording and F11 – Playback recorded conversation. Automatic Version Automatically starts/stops and saves call recordings based on voice detection (incoming audio signal level). If you are using a Trillium USB Recording Adaptor, receive audio or microphone detection can also be used to start and stop recording of calls. The Automatic Version can be also be configured to run in Manual or Semi- Automatic mode. If you have installed the Manual Version of CallRecorder and require Automatic Operation you must first un-install CallRecorder and then reinstall and Re- register the Automatic Version of CallRecorder.
