Non-Bargaining Unit Positions. Employees who return to the Bargaining Unit after having served in a supervisory/administrative capacity, shall retain all previously accumulated seniority as a member of the Bargaining Unit. No seniority shall accrue while serving as a supervisor/administrator.

Non-Bargaining Unit Positions. Positions created by the School District in new classifications excluded by this Agreement may be posted at the discretion of the School District.
Non-Bargaining Unit Positions. A. The Hospital agrees to provide notice of opportunities for advance of Nurses into management and supervisory positions at the Hospital and, where possible, will post notice of a vacancy in such a position on the designated Hospital bulletin boards for seven (7) calendar days prior to filling the vacancy. A Nurse desiring to be considered for such a position must make application therefore to the Vice President, Patient Care Services, or her designee. Nothing herein shall be construed as subjecting the Hospital’s exercise of discretion in filling such positions to the provisions of this Agreement.
Non-Bargaining Unit Positions. An employee who is promoted to a Sheriff’s Department position outside the bargaining unit shall not continue to accumulate seniority while in such a position. If the Sheriff determines to return him to a bargaining unit position, he shall be credited with his former seniority that accumulated while inside the bargaining unit.
Non-Bargaining Unit Positions. If an employee accepts a position with the Employer which is not included in the bargaining unit, and thereafter within six (6) months, returns to a position within the bargaining unit by the posting procedures of Article VII. Senioirity accumulated in the bargaining unit position will be frozen at time of departure. Employees under the above circumstances shall retain all rights previously accrued in the bargaining unit for the purpose of any benefits provided in this Agreement.
Non-Bargaining Unit Positions. Bargaining unit members are eligible and encouraged to apply for any vacant position at the College for which they feel they are qualified. However, should a bargaining unit employee apply for and not get a position outside the bargaining unit, such a situation is not grievable under any provision of this Contract.
Non-Bargaining Unit Positions. 1. Any person employed in a non-bargaining unit position in the South Kingstown School Department who was employed as a teacher in the bargaining unit at the time of his/her appointment to a non-bargaining unit position shall have bargaining unit seniority for the period of his/her employment as a teacher in the bargaining unit, but shall not accrue any seniority while in a non-bargaining unit position.
Non-Bargaining Unit Positions. 20 Nothing contained herein shall be construed to include in the bargaining unit any person whose duties 21 as deputy, administrative assistant, or secretary necessarily imply a confidential relationship to the 22 Board of Directors or superintendent of the District pursuant to RCW 41.56.030.
Non-Bargaining Unit Positions. In the event a bargaining unit employee is transferred to a non-bargaining unit position, the employee shall cease to accumulate seniority while in such non-bargaining unit position. Thereafter, if the employee returns to an open bargaining unit position the employee shall be credited with his/her previous accrued seniority.
