National Activities. A time card may be submitted for one half (½ ) the daily rate (of individual teacher) per day for attending a national activity with student(s) beyond the school day during the school calendar year. National Activities. Western Canadian Dairy Seminar, March 7-10, Red Deer, Alberta. Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, University of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island Ph.D. student, presented a conference entitled “Mastitis: the Canadian perspective”. Attendees were able to learn more about the Network with Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx at the Network booth. Many dairy producers entered a draw for a cheese board and a gift certificate at the Alberta Milk booth by participating to the Mastitis Quiz. The winner was X. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, a dairy producer from British-Columbia. Dairy Focus, March 29-30, Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Again, attendees were able to learn more about the Network with Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx at the Network booth. Many dairy producers took part in the Mastitis Quiz. The winner of the cheese board was Xxx.   • CRIMINAL ACTIVITY If subsequent to the effectiveness of this Agreement, NYSERDA comes to know of any allegation previously unknown to it that the Contractor or any of its principals is under indictment for a felony, or has been, within five (5) years prior to submission of the Contractor’s proposal to NYSERDA, convicted of a felony, under the laws of the United States or Territory of the United States, then NYSERDA may exercise its stop work right under this Agreement. If subsequent to the effectiveness of this Agreement, NYSERDA comes to know of the fact, previously unknown to it, that Contractor or any of its principals is under such indictment or has been so convicted, then NYSERDA may exercise its right to terminate this Agreement. If the Contractor knowingly withheld information about such an indictment or conviction, NYSERDA may declare the Agreement null and void and may seek legal remedies against the Contractor and its principals. The Contractor or its principals may also be subject to penalties for any violation of law which may apply in the particular circumstances. For a Contractor which is an association, partnership, corporation, or other organization, the provisions of this paragraph apply to any such indictment or conviction of the organization itself or any of its officers, partners, or directors or members of any similar governing body, as applicable.

  • Additional Actions If, at any time after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation shall consider or be advised that any deeds, bills of sale, assignments, assurances or any other actions or things are necessary or desirable to vest, perfect or confirm of record or otherwise in the Surviving Corporation its right, title or interest in, to or under any of the rights, properties or assets of Merger Sub or the Company or otherwise carry out this Agreement, the officers and directors of the Surviving Corporation shall be authorized to execute and deliver, in the name and on behalf of Merger Sub or the Company, all such deeds, bills of sale, assignments and assurances and to take and do, in the name and on behalf of Merger Sub or the Company, all such other actions and things as may be necessary or desirable to vest, perfect or confirm any and all right, title and interest in, to and under such rights, properties or assets in the Surviving Corporation or otherwise to carry out this Agreement.
