Common use of Mobile Applications Clause in Contracts

Mobile Applications. Blackboard provides software (“Mobile Software”) to access many of the Products and Services via a mobile device. The use of Mobile Software is governed by the terms and conditions referenced in the application store (e.g., Apple, Inc. or Google, Inc. app stores) relevant to the Mobile Software except with regard to the collection, use, and deletion of Personal Information on your behalf, which is governed by the Agreement.
