General Application. The rules set forth below in this Article IV shall apply for the purposes of determining each Member’s general allocable share of the items of income, gain, loss or expense of the Company comprising Net Income or Net Loss of the Company for each Fiscal Year, determining special allocations of other items of income, gain, loss and expense, and adjusting the balance of each Member’s Capital Account to reflect the aforementioned general and special allocations. For each Fiscal Year, the special allocations in Section 4.4 shall be made immediately prior to the general allocations of Section 4.3.
General Application. The rules set forth below in this Article VI shall apply for the purpose of determining each Member’s allocable share of the items of income, gain, loss and expense of the Company comprising Net Income or Net Loss of the Company for each Fiscal Year, determining special allocations of other items of income, gain, loss and expense, and adjusting the balance of each Member’s Capital Account to reflect the aforementioned general and special allocations. For each Fiscal Year, the special allocations in Section 6.3 shall be made immediately prior to the general allocations of Section 6.2.
General Application. The Employer will be required to apply seniority as defined in this Article only as specifically provided in this Agreement and subject to any limitations set forth in any particular Article or Section of this Agreement.
General Application. (a) A grievance is defined as any dispute between the parties which relates to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged contravention of this agreement.

For greater certainty, the Lenders acknowledge and agree that, without limiting the generality of the provisions of Section 12.16(a), those provisions will have application if and whenever any Lender shall obtain any payment (whether voluntary, involuntary, through the exercise of any right of set- off or otherwise) on account of any money owing or payable by a Borrower to it in excess of the amounts to which it would otherwise be entitled under Section 12.16(a).
General Application a) For the general purposes of Article 11, the Board shall, when exercising its responsibility to determine which Teachers are to be declared surplus and redundant:

For each Fiscal Year, the special allocations in Section 7.3 shall be made immediately prior to the general allocations of Section 7.2.
General Application. Except as expressly provided herein, the items of income, gain, loss or deduction of the Fund comprising Net Income or Net Loss for a Fiscal Year shall be allocated by the General Partner among the Partners in a manner such that the Capital Account of each Partner, immediately after making such allocation, is, as nearly as possible, equal (proportionately) to:
