Military Leave. An employee will be granted unpaid Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. The employee will give as much notice as is reasonably possible and will provide a copy of the Military Notice when received.
Military Leave. Military leave shall be granted pursuant to applicable law.

In addition to twenty-one (21) working days of paid leave granted to employees for required military duty or to take part in training or drills including those in the National Guard or active status, unpaid military leave will be granted in accordance with RCW 38.40.060 and applicable federal law. Employees will be entitled to military leave with pay not to exceed twenty-one (21) working days during each year, beginning October 1st and ending the following September 30th, in order to report for required military duty, when called, or to take part in training or drills including those in the National Guard or state active status.

In accordance with M.S. 192.26, up to fifteen (15) working days leave per calendar year shall be granted to members of the National Guard or military reserves of the United States or of the State of Minnesota and who are ordered or authorized by the appropriate authorities to engage in training or active service.
Military Leave. Leave required in order for a nurse to maintain status in a military reserve of the United States shall be granted without pay, without loss of benefits accrued to the date such leave commences, and shall not be considered part of the nurse’s earned annual leave time.
