Middle School Team Leaders. 3. Any individual who has been serving as a Middle School team leader in accordance with Article XXIX of the Successor CBA for at least five years as of September 1, 2016 shall be subject to the appointment process (i.e., incumbents would require re-appointment). Middle School team leader positions shall be posted in the spring of 2017, and appointments shall be made prior to July 1, 2017 and shall be effective with the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year.

Lead Teachers—Effective July 1, 2014, lead teachers who serve in teacher leadership positions identified as part of the Career Lattice program, in accord with Article 14 Section G3, will receive a supplement of $2,000, in addition to any supplement provided for the specific position. Lead Teachers who teach in designated high needs schools will have the opportunity to develop, in conjunction with the principal and the leadership team, school improvement projects which they will lead. Such Lead Teachers will be eligible to receive a salary supplement of $2,000 and $1,000 - $3,000 in supplemental school improvement funds, as determined by the Career Lattice Project Review Panel.   • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Team Teaching Unit members participating in team teaching assignments will receive formula hour credit in proportion to the percentage of in-class involvement. When team-taught class sizes exceed the normal, the formula conditions specified in Section 4.3.3 shall apply.
