In addition, the Company shall provide to the Administrative Agent, for distribution to the Lenders and Risk Participants, a management discussion and analysis of the financial performance of the Company and its Subsidiaries on a quarterly basis, at the same time as such management discussion and analysis is disclosed publicly to the shareholders of the Company.

From and after the Eighth Amendment Effective Date, no Subsidiaries shall be deemed Immaterial Subsidiaries for purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
