Measurement Period definition

Measurement Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(b)(i).
Measurement Period means, at any date of determination, the most recently completed four fiscal quarters of the Borrower.

Measurement Period shall be any period for which payments of interest or fees (whether designated as such or implied) are payable in connection with any indebtedness or other obligation of the Fund incurred for investment purposes. If the Sub-Manager shall serve for less than the whole of a quarter, the foregoing compensation shall be prorated.
