Lunch and Rest Periods. A. Each employee working more than four (4) hours per day shall be entitled to a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour duty free lunch period without pay.

Lunch and Rest Periods. 15.01 There shall be one (1) paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each half shift worked (five (5) hours) no later than two and one half (2½) hours from the commencement of each half shift.
