LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. A 8.01 No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. Neither shall the Employer meet with any employee or group of employees undertaking to represent the Union without the authorization of the Union. In representing an employee or group of employees, an elected or appointed representative of the Union shall speak for the Union.
LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS. 10.01 Meetings between the Corporation and the Union shall be held at times mutually agreeable to both parties within ten (10) calendar days of a request from either party. A statement outlining the matter for discussion will be submitted by each Party not less than five (5) days prior to the time of the scheduled meeting, except in cases of emergency.

The purpose of this Committee shall be to review any issues or matters affecting either the employees in their workplace, or client issues which have been noticed by security guards. The purpose of the Committee shall also include as a goal and objective the improvement of services to client, to ensure that the client continues to be serviced by Impact Security, and to deal with any issues related thereto.

Time spent by employees in carrying out the functions of the Committee shall be considered to be time worked. The Union Representative may also attend such meetings.

Time spent by employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend any of the terms and conditions contained in the Collective Agreement. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time.
