Joint Communications. 3.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, “Joint Communications” means events, news releases, and signage that relate to this Agreement and are collaboratively developed and approved by Canada, British Columbia and, where applicable, the Project proponent, and are not operational in nature.
Joint Communications. The Recipient agrees to obtain the Province approval for all communications products and to undertake joint communications activities and collaborate on products to ensure open, effective, and proactive communications.
Joint Communications a) Canada, the Province and the Recipient will have Joint Communications about the funding and status of the Project(s).
Joint Communications. 6.1 Since the St. Xxxxxxxx is a part of daily life for most Quebec residents and is the focus of growing interest among the public at large, it is vital to communicate the results of the Agreement to all clienteles, including participants, collaborators and users. The Parties therefore agree that
Joint Communications. The Recipient agrees to undertake joint communications activities and collaborate on products to ensure open, effective, and proactive communications.
Joint Communications a) Canada, Alberta and the Ultimate Recipient will have Joint Communications about the funding and status of the Project(s).
Joint Communications. The Parties agree that any communication regarding the ongoing and resulting relationship between the Parties (including, without limitation, the Restructuring, this Agreement and any agreement contemplated by or resulting from this Agreement) will be crafted jointly and with input from each respective communications department/personnel, and declared by such individuals at such time as mutually agreed upon. No Party shall make any public announcement regarding the matters described herein without the consent of the other Parties.
Joint Communications. (a) The Parties shall jointly communicate with the arbitrator regarding agreeable dates for the submission of motions and responses on questions of grievablity or arbitrability, if any, and a date/s for a hearing on the merits.
Joint Communications a) The Parties shall engage in Joint Communications about the funding of the Project.
Joint Communications. As soon as practicable after execution of this Agreement, Purchaser and Seller shall jointly communicate at Purchaser's and Seller's equal expense with the employees of the Branch Office advising such employees of the transfers to be completed hereunder. In addition, Seller shall permit Purchaser reasonable additional opportunities to communicate with the employees of the Branch Office accompanied by a representative of Seller. After receipt of all regulatory approvals required for this transaction, Seller shall separately communicate, at Seller's and Purchaser's equal expense, with each depositor or other customer of the Branch Office, advising such persons of the pendency of the transfers contemplated herein and urging each such customer to maintain the customer's relationship with the Branch Office after the transfers contemplated herein are completed. All communications shall be in a form and substance mutually satisfactory to the parties hereto. After receipt of all required regulatory approvals, the parties also may issue a joint press release announcing this transaction. All press conferences or meetings with members of the news media regarding the transaction shall be joint between the parties hereto.
