Grant of Tenancy. 4.1.1 Simultaneous with the execution of this Agreement or as soon as reasonably practicable upon the execution of this Agreement, the Government shall enter into a Tenancy Agreement with the IMC and grant a tenancy of the School Premises (including standard built-in fixtures) to the IMC.
Grant of Tenancy. 1. The Landlord agrees to let the Property to the Tenant for the Term at the Rent and on the terms set out in this Agreement.
Grant of Tenancy. 4.1.1 Simultaneous with the execution of this Agreement or as soon as reasonably practicable upon the execution of this Agreement, the Government shall enter into a Tenancy Agreement with the SMC and grant a tenancy of the School Premises (including standard built-in fixtures) to the SMC.
Grant of Tenancy. 2.1 We will let the Room (including the Fixtures and Fittings) to You for the Term at the Rent.
Grant of Tenancy. 2.1 Subject to clause 2.3 below the Landlord agrees to let the Property to the Tenant for the Term at the Rent and on the terms set out in this Agreement and the Tenant agrees to take the tenancy.
Grant of Tenancy. 2.1.1 The Landlord agrees to let and the Tenant agrees to take on let the Demised Premises described in Section 2 of Schedule A hereto together with the Fixtures and Fittings (if any) set out in Schedule B hereto for the Term set out in Section 3 of Schedule A hereto commencing from the Commencement Date set out in Section 4(a) of Schedule A hereto and expiring on the date set out in Section 4(b) at the Rent set out in Section 5(a) of Schedule A hereto payable in advance at the time set out in Section 5(b) of Schedule A hereto.
Grant of Tenancy. 3.1 The Landlord agrees to grant and the Tenant agrees to accept a tenancy of the Accommodation, together with the Rights, for the Tenancy Period on the terms and conditions set out in this Tenancy Agreement. The tenancy reserves the Rent to the Landlord, as well as the access rights in these terms and conditions.
Grant of Tenancy. Premises 1.1 The lessor leases to the tenant[s] and the tenant[s] accepts the lease of premises situated at the address referred to in Item 3 of the Schedule. 1.2 The premises must only be used for residential purposes. The lessor may, in the lessor’s sole and absolute discretion, permit the tenant[s] to use the premises (or part thereof) for non-residential purposes. Period of Possession 1.3 The term of this Agreement is the period referred to in Item 4 of the Schedule. Amount of Rent payable by Tenant[s] 1.4 The tenant[s] must pay the RENT amount referred to in Item 8 of the Schedule. 1.5 The rent must be paid one period in advance from the commencement date and thereafter in the manner set out in Item 9 of the Schedule.
Grant of Tenancy. In consideration of the Rent and the Tenant's covenants hereinafter reserved and contained, the Landlord let and the Tenant takes the Demised Premises.
