Foreign Terrorist Organizations Contractor represents and warrants that it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization, as prohibited by Section 2252.152 of the Texas Government Code.
LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.
ASSISTANCE IN RELATED PROCUREMENTS 5.1 Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Goods and/or Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliate of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide) Legacy Goods and/or Services to a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to:

Contractual Relations Nothing contained in this Contract shall create any contractual relations between County and a subcontractor.
Bilateral relations The programme shall contribute to strengthening bilateral relations between Slovakia and the Donor States. The programme shall as appropriate facilitate donor partnership projects by carrying out, inter alia, match-making events and activities in conjunction with launching calls for proposals, as well as by encouraging donor partnership projects in call texts. The further use of the funds for bilateral relations allocated to the programme shall be agreed in the Cooperation Committee.
LABOUR MANAGEMENT BARGAINING RELATIONS 9.1 No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Association at meetings with the Employer without the authority of the President or the General Secretary acting on behalf of the Association.

The foregoing representation is made solely to enable the Issuer to comply with Section 2252.152, Texas Government Code, and to the extent such Section does not contravene applicable Federal or State law and excludes the Dissemination Agent, the Administrator and each parent company, wholly- or majority-owned subsidiaries, and other affiliates of the Dissemination Agent or the Administrator, if any, that the United States government has affirmatively declared to be excluded from its federal sanctions regime relating to Sudan or Iran or any federal sanctions regime relating to a foreign terrorist organization.
NO EXCLUDED NATION OR TERRORIST ORGANIZATION CERTIFICATION As required by Chapter 2252 of the Texas Government Code the Contractor must certify that it is not a company engaged in active business operations with Sudan, Iran, or a foreign terrorist organization – specifically, any company identified on a list prepared and maintained by the Texas Comptroller under Texas Government Code §§806.051, 807.051, or 2252.153. (A company that the U.S. Government affirmatively declares to be excluded from its federal sanctions regime relating to Sudan, Iran, or any federal sanctions regime relating to a foreign terrorist organization is not subject to the contract prohibition.)
Foreign Ownership Seller is not a “foreign person” as that term is defined in the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, and Buyer has no obligation under Section 1445 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, to withhold and pay over to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service any part of the “amount realized” by Seller in the transaction contemplated hereby (as such term is defined in the regulations issued under said Section 1445).
