Fees Schedule. The Trustee may charge Lenders such fees and charges as set out in the Lender Fees Schedule, attached hereto (and updated by the Trustee from time to time) together with all applicable GST.
Fees Schedule. The fees for the use of ReinventRV may include (a) an annual fee, which is billed in advance once each year (the “Annual Fee”), (b) transaction and other fees based upon a per Vehicle transaction basis that will be billed on upon completion of a transaction for a Vehicle and associated services (collectively the “Fees”). The Annual Fee shall be due and automatically processed by ReinventAuctions on the first day of January of each year in accordance with the default payment method previously selected by Dealer. No portion of the Annual Fee will be refunded, pro-rated or returned in the event of a termination of Dealer’s use of ReinventRV. The transaction and additional Fees shall be due on a per transaction basis and shall be automatically processed by ReinventAuctions upon issuance of the Sale Confirmation Notice and/or issuance of any invoice for those Fees, in accordance with the default payment method previously selected by Dealer. The Fees for ReinventRV may include, without limitation, the following: Annual Fee $295 per year. Buyer Fee $325 Seller Fee $175 Transaction Cancellation Fee $750 Late Payment Fee $200 NSF Fee $100 Overnight Fee $20 Transportation Fee The amount will be determined based upon the size and weight of the Vehicle calculated on a per mile basis for the distance between the Seller’s locations and Buyer’s location. The Transportation Fee may have a minimum charge.
Fees Schedule. There is no charge for the Online Banking service, which includes access to all Eligible Accounts. Other Charges I acknowledge and agree as follows: I have the hardware and software necessary to access and retain the Terms and Disclosures delivered electronically and am able to download and print a copy of the Terms and Disclosures; and I have received, read and agree to the Notice and Consent Regarding Electronic Delivery of Terms and Disclosures.

Calculation Charging basis Per Active Learner Paid Monthly for each Active Learner *NB: BKSB fees are assumed to be charged directly and separately to Customer's account Where the Service Fees in any month are less than the Minimum Monthly Fee, if applicable as set out in the Letter of Engagement, Bud Systems will charge the Minimum Monthly Fee as the Service Fees for that month. In any month where a Learner is an Active Learner, the full monthly fee for that month will be payable in respect of that Learner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Additional Fees as described within the Letter of Agreement are separate and independent of Service Fees and the Minimum Monthly Fee.
Fees Schedule. Client’s active participation in and completion of Company’s enrollment process determines fees and payment schedule and is considered confirmation of Client’s consent to meet agreed-upon financial obligations and established payment plan.

Overtime in excess of seven billable hours per day: $250/hour Rescheduled final meetings: $250/hour This rate is agreed to automatically increase by three percent per annum on the anniversary of the signing date of the latter party of the Agreement. It is hereby acknowledged and agreed that without expressed written notice to the contrary, further work of the same nature would continue under the same terms.
