The understanding is: "Upon the presentation of a valid sales receipt confirming the employee’s purchase of CSA approved footwear, employees who are required to wear safety footwear, as determined by the National Health and Safety Committee, shall be entitled to an annual allowance of one hundred ($100) dollars. This allowance shall be paid no more frequently than once per fiscal year. In the case where the employee has not used his/her annual allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) the allowance can only be carried over to the following year to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200.00). February 2018. The Outplacement Services’ costs borne by Cimpress shall not exceed $50,000 if invoiced in United States Dollars or €47,000 (ex. VAT) if invoiced in Euros. No cash payments in lieu will be made to Executive in the event Executive elects not to utilize any or all of the Outplacement Services.
