Extensive Damage. In the event damages as referenced in Section .01 of this Article are so extensive as to render all or a significant portion of the Premises untenable, but capable of being repaired within 120 days, Company will give Authority immediate notice thereof, and Authority will make the repairs with due diligence, at its own cost and expense.

Extensive Damage. In the event damages as referenced in Section 19.01 are so extensive as to render all or a significant portion of the Airline Premises untenable, but capable of being repaired within 120 days, the Airline will give the Authority immediate notice thereof, and the Authority will make the repairs with due diligence, at its own cost and expense.
Extensive Damage. If the damages referred to in Section 10.01 shall be so extensive as to render the Premises untenantable, but capable of being repaired in thirty (30) days, the same shall be repaired with due diligence by the Authority at its own cost and expense, subject to the limitations of Section 10.04. An appropriate portion of the concession fee shall xxxxx unless the damage is caused by the act or omission of the Contractor, its subcontractors, agents or employees. During any such period where the Concessionaire repairs said Facility at its own cost under the terms of the immediately preceding sentence, the Minimum Guarantee Fee with respect to the Facility shall be payable.

In the event that all or a portion of the Premises are destroyed by fire, explosion, the elements, the public enemy or other casualty, or so damaged that they are untenable and cannot reasonably be repaired within thirty (30) days, the Aviation Authority shall be under no obligation to repair, replace or reconstruct the Premises. This Minimum Annual Concession Fees and utilities charges payable by Company to the Aviation Authority hereunder shall xxxxx as of the time of such damage or destruction and shall henceforth cease until such time as said Premises are restored so as to render the Premises tenable or the Aviation Authority elects to terminate this Agreement by written notice to Company. If within twelve (12) months after the time of such damage or destruction the Aviation Authority has neither elected to terminate this Agreement, nor repaired, nor replaced, nor or reconstructed the Premises to the extent required by this Article 12, Company may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Aviation Authority.

Extensive Damage. If the damages referred to in Subsection 14.1 shall be so extensive as to render the Terminal Building Premises untenantable, but capable of being repaired in thirty (30) days, the same shall be repaired with due diligence by City subject to the limitations of Subsection 14.4; and the charges payable herein for the MAG and Rent under Section 5.1 shall xxxxx from the time of such damage or destruction until such time as the said Leased Premises are fully restored and certified by City's Engineers as ready for occupancy; provided, however, the said fees and charges will not xxxxx and to the extent that such damage or destruction is not covered by insurance, Concessionaire shall be responsible for reimbursing City for the cost and expenses incurred in such repair to the extent that the damage is caused by the negligent act or omission of Concessionaire, its sublessees, agents, or employees.
Extensive Damage. If the Rented Space is so damaged by any peril covered by the insurance to be provided by Landlord under subparagraph (a) above that rebuilding or repairs cannot in Landlord's estimation be completed within sixty (60) days after the date upon which Landlord is notified by Tenant of such damage, this Lease shall terminate, and the rent shall be abated during the unexpired portion of this Lease, effective upon the date of the occurrence of such damage.
