Excluded Equipment. Seller may discontinue providing services with respect to any hardware for which it can no longer readily obtain repair parts or technical assistance.
Excluded Equipment. Lessee may install in, and remove from, the Aircraft any Excluded Equipment, and in any such case, Lessor will not acquire or claim any right, title or interest in any such Excluded Equipment as a result of its installation on the Aircraft; provided that in connection with any removal of Excluded Equipment, Lessee shall repair any damage to the Aircraft caused by such removal and shall restore the applicable areas from which such Excluded Equipment was removed to a serviceable condition appropriate for commercial passenger service by Lessee.
Excluded Equipment. 1. Equipment which is airborne or waterborne, other than equipment permanently located on ferries operated in connection with railways or on public ferries operating on scheduled routes.

Excluded Equipment. The Company (or any Permitted Lessee) may install in, and remove from, the Aircraft any Excluded Equipment, and in any such case, the Security Trustee will not acquire or claim any right, title or interest in any such Excluded Equipment as a result of its installation on the Aircraft; provided that in connection with any removal of Excluded Equipment, the Company (or such Permitted Lessee) shall repair any damage to the Aircraft caused by such removal and shall restore the applicable areas from which Aircraft Security Agreement (N●) Exhibit 10.1 such Excluded Equipment was removed to a serviceable condition appropriate for commercial passenger service by the Company (or such Permitted Lessee).
Excluded Equipment. (a) Customer and Christie shall not have any obligation under Section 9.2 with respect to any 35mm System which, if sold by Customer to Christie for a purchase price of $__.00, would result in a loss to Customer for accounting purposes based upon Customer’s then existing book value for such system.
Excluded Equipment. The Assets do not include the following: (a) Leased Equipment. The equipment listed in Schedule 1.2, is leased by the Sellers (the "Leased Equipment"). Sellers will assign to the Buyers, and the Buyers will assume, the leases (the "Equipment Leases") on the Leased Equipment, to the extent such Equipment Leases are not "Excluded Liabilities" as provided in Section 1.8. (b)
Excluded Equipment. As promptly as reasonably practicable following the Closing, and in any event not later than September 30, 2024, Sellers shall deliver to Buyer a list of all items of tangible personal property owned by Sellers with respect to the Business as of the Closing Date which would, if they were included in the Purchased Assets, constitute Class V Assets for purposes of the Allocation Schedule, including reasonable identifying information for each item of Excluded Equpment and Buyer’s good faith proposal for the fair market value of such item (the “Business Equipment List”). During the ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the Proposed Excluded Asset List, the parties shall review and discuss and reasonably agree on which items on the Business Equipment List that Buyer wishes, in its sole disciretion, to include in the Purchased Assets and the fair market value thereof (the “Purchased Equipment Value”). The items on the Business Equipment List which are included in the Purchased Equipment Value shall be deemed Purchased Equipment hereunder and part of the Purchased Assets, and the parties shall amend to the Disclosure Schedules a new Section 2.01(d) of the Disclosure Schedules setting forth the Purchased Equipment and the related Purchased Equipment Value. Any items on the Business Equipment List which are not included in the Purchased Equipment Value shall be deemed Excluded Equipment hereunder and part of the Excluded Assets. If the Purchased Equipment Value is greater than $0, Buyer shall pay such Purchased Equipment Value to Sellers not later than the first (1st) anniversary of the Closing Date (and in any event shall reasonably consult with Sellers as to the timing of such payment).
Excluded Equipment. Smiths Detection does not have a facility in which to carry out service or repair actions to any equipment that has been exposed to CWAs. Customers who purchase detectors for use in a live agent training environment will be offered an alternative agreement which will include extra charges to cover on site activities provided that they (the customer) ensure that a safe, laboratory type facility furnished with extraction hoods and safety equipment is available for the service and repair of contaminated equipment.
Excluded Equipment. The assignment, conveyance and transfer described in Section 1 shall not include the following items, and LYNX hereby agrees to remove the following items from the Buses at its sole cost and expense:
