Easement Documents. Executed easement documents for all municipal easements required as part of this subdivision shall be provided by the Developer prior to recording of the Final Plat. The municipal easement documents are to be recorded with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds concurrently with the Final Plat.
Easement Documents. The Professional shall prepare metes and bounds descriptions and exhibits for required easements for the Project for up to thirty-two (32) parcels based on the following criteria:
Easement Documents. The Professional shall prepare a metes and bounds description and exhibits for required easements of the Project for two (2) permanent utility easements and one (1) temporary construction easement at the Project Site based on the criteria described herein.

Easement Documents. Based on the determined temporary easement (temporary construction or slope easements) footprint, the ENGINEER will draft exhibit drawings for each Easement parcel. The exhibits will be prepared on 8 1/2" x 11" pages at a scale not smaller than 1" = 100'. A closure computation will be prepared for each of the parcels. These exhibits will be used in conjunction with the temporary easement agreements required for completion of the project. It is anticipated that 4 temporary construction / slope easements will be required for the project. ROW Acquisition
Easement Documents a. Prepare up to 10 temporary easements documents and 10 permanent easement documents consisting of an Exhibit "A" (legal description) and Exhibit "B" (easement sketch). These documents will be prepared upon receipt of the approved final alignment for the project and will be signed and sealed by a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor. Monumentation will be placed at the permanent easement corners and angle points, where possible. Centerline of permanent easement stakes will be provided at 200' intervals.
