Day in Lieu. Should a statutory holiday fall and be celebrated on an employee's regular rest day, or during an employee's annual vacation, the regular employee shall receive another day off with pay in lieu, at a time mutually agreed upon by the Board and the Union (or the applicable supervisor and employee when appropriate).

Day in Lieu. Day in Lieu" means a day other than the actual day of occurrence of a specified Paid Holiday, as defined in Clause 20.01, on which that specified Paid Holiday is observed in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement.

  • CHARGES AND PAYMENT 6.1 The Charges for the Services shall be as set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, and shall be the full and exclusive remuneration of the Supplier in respect of the performance of the Services.
