Current Salary Level. An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.

  • Lower Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with a lower salary range will be paid an amount equal to their current salary, provided it is within the salary range of the new position. In those cases where the employee’s current salary exceeds the maximum amount of the salary range for the new position, the employee will be compensated at the maximum salary of the new salary range.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Deferred Salary Leave Each employer ratifying this Agreement will establish or, as necessary, review and update a deferred salary leave plan consistent with Regulations issued by Canada Revenue Agency under the Income Tax Act. The parties may use the Application, Agreement, and Approval Form as a template (see Appendix H) for the deferred salary leave plan.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of Employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix B which is attached to and incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the initial annualized rate of $700,000 (“Base Salary”) in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll schedule. Executive shall be entitled to increases in Base Salary as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Company.
