Common use of Composition Clause in Contracts

Composition. The College RPT Committee shall be composed of full-time Faculty of the college, with no more than two (2) from any single Academic Unit. Deans, associate Deans, assistant Deans, assistants to the Xxxx, and Academic Unit Heads may not serve on the Committee. Except for these restrictions, colleges shall democratically determine the structure, size, and method of selection of the Committee.
