Cemeteries a. Removal of woody debris such as branches and limbs, from cemeteries, provided that heavy equipment and other machinery are not operated or staged on areas potentially containing human remains.
Cemeteries. As accurately as the evidence permits, the location of cemeteries, gravesites, and burial grounds (i) disclosed in the Record Documents provided to the surveyor, or (ii) observed in the process of conducting the survey.

Cemeteries. FEMA shall see that all treatments for cemeteries comply with the relevant parts of Indiana Code 14-21-1-26.5, Indiana Code 14-21-2, Indiana Code 23- 14, and other relevant statutes. Note that ground disturbing activities cannot occur within 100 feet of a cemetery without a cemetery development plan.
