Benefits Advisory Committee. The Board agrees to establish a Benefits Advisory Committee to provide stakeholder input into maintaining quality and affordable benefits. The focus of this committee shall be to:

An advisory committee with representatives designated by VSEA and the State shall meet and consult regularly concerning the operation and administration of the Medical, Dental Assistance and Life Insurance Plans, Wellness, Department fitness programs, and any other health related subjects.
Benefits Advisory Committee. The California Association of Professional Scientists (CAPS) agrees to participate in the Benefits Advisory Committee established by the California Department of Human Resources.
Benefits Advisory Committee. A Benefits Advisory Committee of AFSCME Bargaining Unit shall be formed for the purpose of reviewing plan performance and advising the District on desired changes in insurance benefits. This committee will make its recommendations to the Superintendent of Schools and the President of the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME).

Benefits Advisory Committee. The Benefits Advisory Committee (BAC) will be comprised of nurses and other hospital employees with the objective to advise human resources on employee benefit offerings. The BAC will act in an advisory capacity within its assigned scope. Committee recommendations will not be binding on administration, but the expectation is that the views of the committee will have an important influence on policies and procedures related to matters within the mission and scope of the BAC. The members of the committee should report to and seek the views of other employee groups. The President of the Local Bargaining Unit will be notified at least 14 days in advance to attend or have a designee participate in the committee. The BAC shall periodically recommend changes to existing programs, or new programs to address changes in laws and regulations, the needs of the staff, competitive conditions, and facility priorities and constraints. Committee members will receive presentations and/or data from benefit provider representatives or brokers, recommend measures for maintaining fiscal balance of fringe benefits and give appropriate advice on these matters to human resources, and provide to human resources on communications of ideas and suggestions concerning benefits within the scope and mission of the BAC.
Benefits Advisory Committee. The Board shall establish a Benefits Advisory Committee which shall include representatives of the Association appointed by the President. The Benefits Advisory Committee shall meet at least four times per year to discuss, study, and report on suggestions pertaining to the employee benefit plans and costs. Minutes of such meetings shall be available to all members of the Committee.
Benefits Advisory Committee. The Benefits Advisory Committee shall meet monthly and report its activities and recommendations to the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources twice each year. Copies of its report shall be forwarded to the Federation. The committee shall consist of one (1) representative from each employee bargaining unit, one (1) person representing Confidential employees, one (1) person representing Supervisory/Management employees, and one (1) person representing Management employees. The committee shall be convened by the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, and shall have as ex officio members the District's insurance advisor(s) and Vice Chancellor of Administrative Services.
Benefits Advisory Committee. The County agrees to include a representative from the Association in the current benefits advisory committee.
Benefits Advisory Committee. The Company and the Union will jointly facilitate the establishment of a Pension Benefits Advisory Committee as specified by Section 25 of the Ontario Pension Benefits Act. The establishment of the committee will be approved by a simple majority of voting plan participants. Representation on the committee will include one (1) Production and Maintenance represented employee, one (1) office and Technical represented employee, one (1) non-Union General Salary or Professional employee, one (1) Management employee and one (1) former employee receiving a pension. The committee will meet at intervals determined by the committee. The plan administrator will provide to the committee the information required by the Act and the activities of the committee will be in accordance with the activities outlined in the Act:
