Pension Benefits Act definition

Pension Benefits Act means The Pension Benefits Act of Ontario and regulations thereunder as amended from time to time.
Pension Benefits Act means the Pension Benefits Act, ch. P-5.1, as amended from time to time, together with any relevant regulations and administrative rules made thereunder from time to time.

Pension Benefits Act means the Pensions Benefits Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.8, and the Regulations thereunder, as amended or replaced from time to time.
