Agreement in Force. This Agreement shall continue in full force until a new Agreement is signed and in place.

Agreement in Force. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, all terms and provisions of the Agreement, shall remain and continue in full force and effect.

Agreement in Force. Except as amended hereby, all of the provisions of the Existing Employment Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect.
