Revision of the Agreement. (1) This Agreement may be revised from time to time by a special conference of the countries of the Special Union.
Revision of the Agreement. With the consent of the other administrations, this Agreement may be modified at the request of one of the signatory administrations where such a modification becomes necessary in the light of administrative, regulatory or technical developments.
Revision of the Agreement. 12.1 No revision of this Agreement shall be undertaken except by a competent administrative radio conference convened in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Convention, to which at least all the Members of the Union in the planning area shall be invited.

Revision of the Agreement. 12.1. The Agreement may be revised periodically unilaterally by HEnEx at its sole discretion. HEnEx will duly inform by e-mail the Market Participants about amendments to any part of the Agreement. Such revised documents will be effective at the date that these are posted on HEnEx’s website. By continuing to receive the Services after such revised documents are posted on HEnEx’s site, the Market Participant agrees to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this site in order to determine the current terms to which it is bound.
Revision of the Agreement. 7.1 Terms of review: the content of the Agreement shall be subject to review at intervals to be determined by ACE and CALA.
Revision of the Agreement. 12.1 The Agreement may only be modified by a written document executed by the parties.
Revision of the Agreement. The representatives of the Contracting Parties, if necessary, hold meetings to review the implementation of this Agreement. These meetings will be held on the proposal of one Contracting Party at the time and place agreed upon through diplomatic channels.
Revision of the Agreement. 4.4.1. It is a requirement that this Agreement is reviewed annually to ensure that the processes contained within it remain effective. The revision of the present Interface Agreement requires the mutual consent of the signatory authorities.
Revision of the Agreement. If a Contracting Party wishes to revise the present Agreement, it shall request the other Contracting Party to enter into negotiations to that effect. Such a request shall be made through the diplomatic channel.
