Agreement Continues. Notwithstanding the dissolution of the Partnership, this Agreement will not terminate until the provisions of Section 13.3 have been satisfied.

However, Chorus may on written notice terminate this agreement and transfer the Chorus Smart Location Equipment to You (and in such event Chorus will not be obliged to remove the Chorus Smart Location Equipment).
