Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Second Amendment, duly executed and delivered by the Borrower, the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent.
Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested of this Second Amendment from each Lender.
Second Amendment. This Second Amendment executed by the Borrower and the Bank.
Second Amendment. This Second Amendment or counterparts hereof shall have been duly executed by, and delivered to, Borrower, Agent and Requisite Lenders.
Second Amendment. Borrower shall have executed and delivered to the Agent and each Lender an original counterpart of this Second Amendment.

Second Amendment. The Parties entered into a Second Amendment to Agreement (“Second Amendment”) dated June 9, 2017 to modify the scope of services to be provided by Consultant; provide compensation to Consultant for such additional services.
