Common use of Additional Insured Endorsement Clause in Contracts

Additional Insured Endorsement. The Contractor’s general liability insurance policy must include an endorsement that names the State of Utah, DHS, and their officers and employees as additional insureds, and that provides the State of Utah, DHS, and their officers and employees with primary and non-contributory coverage for any liability arising as a result of the Contractor's acts or omissions in connection with this contract.
