ACS Amendment. The ACS is amended to replace Exhibit A: Florida General Contract Conditions in its entirety with Exhibit D: Special Contract Conditions. Any and all references in the ACS to terms and conditions are hereby replaced with the attached Exhibit D: Special Contract Conditions, which are incorporated into the ACS by reference herein.
ACS Amendment. Attachment I: General Contract Conditions is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Exhibit B: Special Contract Conditions, July 1, 2019 Version.
ACS Amendment. Section 5, “Authorized Contract Terms Expressly Incorporated into the ACS Agreement” is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Exhibit A: Additional Special Contract Conditions.
ACS Amendment. Section 8.2 is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

ACS Amendment. The ACS is amended to replace subsection 4.A.c, Effective Date, of the Participating Addendum, in its entirety with the following: Effective Date: The Addendum became effective January 30, 2017, and will expire on March 15, 2021, unless terminated earlier by the Department or the Participating State.
ACS Amendment. The ACS Agreement is hereby amended to replace Section 9.0, Entire Agreement of the Parties, in its entirety with the following:
