Actual Wages. Actual wages paid for labor under applicable collective bargaining agreements, or under a wage schedule, not to exceed the prevailing wage rate in the area, agreed upon by the Owner and CM/GC and including such Owner-approved welfare or other benefits, if any, as may be payable with respect thereto.

Actual Wages. The actual wages paid shall include any employer payments to or on behalf of the workers for health and welfare, pension, vacation and similar purposes.
Actual Wages. (a) The minimum annual wages per daily hour of work (excluding variable pay) shall be increased to four thousand one hundred and seventy four dollars and eight cents ($4,174.08) for route holders whose route is designated as RHD and who opt to utilize a corporate-provided RHD vehicle, as of the date of implementation of RHD on his or her route.
