Works Councils definition

Works Councils means the competent employees’ representative bodies of both GCP Applied Technologies France SAS and GCP Produits de Construction SAS that should be informed and consulted with respect to either the envisaged Transaction or some of its aspects or modalities, and in particular the respective Works Council (“Comité d’Entreprise”) of each of these two companies.
Works Councils means (i) the works council of G4S Beheer B.V.; and (ii) the joint works council of G4S Cash Solutions B.V. and G4S Cash Management B.V., and “Works Council” means any one of them; and
Works Councils. The works councils listed in Schedule 1(a)(viii).

  • Buyer agrees to provide Seller with information regarding its intent with respect to each overseas location with a Works Council for Seller's use in its consultations with such Works Councils.

  • Gap shall comply, and shall require its subcontractors to comply, as applicable, with all foreign and U.S., national, provincial, state, and local laws, rules, directives, and regulations relating to Gap business, including, OSHA regulations, environmental laws, HIPAA, those directives such as the European Union Data Protection Directive and regulations/directives relating to EU Works Councils (collectively “Gap Regulatory Requirements”).

  • Council means the Council of the Municipality;

  • British Council Entities means the subsidiary companies and other organisations Controlled by the British Council from time to time, and any organisation which Controls the British Council (the “Controlling Entity”) as well as any other organisations Controlled by the Controlling Entity from time to time;
