Weekly Salary means the Base Salary divided by fifty-two. "Monthly Salary" shall mean Base Salary divided by 12.

Weekly Salary means with regard to a Participant, the weekly rate of pay for services paid by the Employer to the Participant at the time of his or her Termination of Employment from the Employer, as reflected in the Employer’s payroll records. The Weekly Salary of a Participant whose rate of pay for services paid by the Employer to the Participant is based on an annual rate shall be equal to 1/52 of such annual rate at the time of his or her Termination of Employment from the Employer, as reflected in the Employer’s payroll records.
