Water Management District definition

Water Management District or “District” means a Water Management District created pursuant to Section 373.069, F.S.
Water Management District means the Northwest Florida Water Management District, the Southwest Florida Water Management District, the South Florida Water Management District, the St. Johns River Water Management District, or the Suwannee River Water Management District.
Water Management District means any flood control, resource management, or water management district operating under the authority of this chapter.

Water Management District means any one or any combination of the Southwest Florida Water Management District (“SWFWMD”), and/or the South Florida Water Management District (“SFWMD”) as the context reasonably requires, which are public corporations of the State of Florida, created and existing pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes.
