Waste tire definition

Waste tire means a tire that is no longer suitable for its original purpose because of wear, damage or defect.
Waste tire means a tire that has been removed from a motor vehicle and has not been retreaded or regrooved. The term includes used tires and processed tires, but does not include solid rubber tires and tires that are inseparable from the rim.
