The Contractor is required to submit an annual certification demonstrating compliance with the Warranty of Security to the Department by December 31 of each Contract year.
The Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Department, Customer, the State of Florida, its officers, directors and employees for any claims, suits or proceedings related to a breach of the Warranty of Security.
Buyer shall keep and make available proper records of operation and maintenance during the Warranty Period.
