When making a determination or calculation, the Company, Committee and the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, as applicable, shall be entitled to rely on information furnished by a Participant.
I agree that I will not, during my employment with the Company (except in furtherance of the Company’s interests), or at any time after employment terminates, without the prior written consent of the Company Vice President of Human Resources, disclose any Confidential Information to or use any Confidential Information for, any third party or entity.
All notices to the Company shall be directed to the attention of Xxxxx XxXxxxx, Vice President of Human Resources.
