Underlying Warrant definition

Underlying Warrant means one common share purchase warrant, each being exercisable to acquire one Common Share for a period of 36 months following the Closing Date at a price of $1.50 per Common Share;
Underlying Warrant means the Subordinated Voting Share purchase warrant of the Company of which one- half forms part of the Qualified Unit.
