Trustee Account definition

Trustee Account shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.06(a).

Trustee Account means the Bank Account maintained by the Trustee into which all Payments are made and held by the Trustee on behalf of Customers;

Trustee Account means an account in the name of the trustees of a trust or the executors or administrators of a deceased estate.
