Trust Receipt definition

Trust Receipt shall have the meaning set forth in the Custodial Agreement.
Trust Receipt means a trust receipt issued by Custodian to Buyer confirming the Custodian’s possession of certain Purchased Asset Files that are the property of and held by Custodian for the benefit of Buyer (or any other holder of such trust receipt) or a bailment arrangement with counsel or other third party acceptable to Buyer in its sole discretion.
Trust Receipt means a trust receipt in a form approved by and under which Lender may deliver any document relating to the Collateral to Borrower for correction or completion.

  • Each Custodial Loan Transmission subsequently delivered by the Custodian to Agent shall supersede and cancel the Custodial Loan Transmission previously delivered by the Custodian to Agent under the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement, and shall replace the Custodial Loan Transmission that is then appended to the Trust Receipt and shall control and be binding upon Buyer, Seller, and the Custodian.

More Definitions of Trust Receipt

Trust Receipt. A certification as to the completeness of each Trustee Mortgage Loan File substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto provided by the Securities Administrator (or the Custodian) pursuant to Section 2.02 hereof.
