Transportation Contract definition

Transportation Contract means a contract which the transmission system operator has concluded with a network user with a view to carrying out transmission;

Transportation Contract means any commercial agreement between Nabucco International Company and Shippers for the Transportation of Natural Gas through the Nabucco Pipeline System.
