Transfer Agent definition

Transfer Agent means American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC, the current transfer agent of the Company, with a mailing address of 0000 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, and any successor transfer agent of the Company.

• Until a transfer is so recorded, the Shareholder of record of Shares shall be deemed to be the Shareholder with respect to such Shares for all purposes hereunder and neither the Sponsor nor the Trust, nor the Transfer Agent or any similar agent or registrar or any officer, employee or agent of the Trust, shall be affected by any notice of a proposed transfer.
