Third Party(ies) definition

Third Party(ies) means a person or entity who or which is neither a Party nor an Affiliate of a Party.
Third Party(ies) means any party other than a party to this Agreement or an Affiliate.
Third Party(ies) means any person, corporation or other entity except You and Us.
